Oosterhout, May 2026  – Sykaris Graphic Arts, a family-owned printing company firmly established in the Greek graphic industry, has invested in Q.I. Press Controls’ register, cut-off and density control systems for its Heidelberg M2000 Duplex press (8 units, 2 folders). This retrofit project reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to production stability, efficiency and high-quality print performance.

To restore optimal performance and further enhance efficiency, Sykaris Graphic Arts selected Q.I. Press Controls’ mRC-3D color register and cut-off control systems together with the IDS-3D closed loop color control system including ink presetting. 

The proven technologies of Q.I. Press Controls minimizes start-up waste, accelerates color convergence and ensures consistent, repeatable production quality. 

From introduction to implementation
The project was initiated through Q.I .Press Controls’ Greek agent, Vaxevanidis Dimitris & SIA O.E., who introduced Sykaris Graphic Arts to their latest generation control technology. At the time, the company was preparing a comprehensive upgrade of its Heidelberg M6000 press to secure long-term production reliability. 

Following a detailed technical evaluation, Sykaris Graphic Arts selected Q.I. Press Controls’ mRC-3D and IDS-3D systems for their proven performance in retrofit applications and their seamless integration into existing press configurations. The decisive factors were based on trust and proven results.
